Engineers of Bangladeshi ancestry with a bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution with the payment of prescribed fee and declaration of commitment to the objectives of the Association are eligible to become regular members of ABEAC. Engineers eligible to acquire membership of APEGA and other professional engineering bodies are also eligible to become a regular member of the organization.
